CHRISTUS Associate Problem and
Concern Resolution
Each day, we strive to make the CHRISTUS Mission, Core Values and Vision a reality within our work environment. As part of our continuous efforts to fulfill our Covenant with Associates, CHRISTUS Health has established a multilevel system for the resolution of problems and concerns in the workplace. This system provides CHRISTUS Health Associates with several options.
If you have an issue you feel should be addressed, we encourage you to speak with:
1) your supervisor or manager,
2) your department director,
3) the Human Resources department,
4) your local Integrity Officer,
5) your Administrative Representative, or
6) the Administrator/CEO of your facility
If the problem or concern remains unresolved, or if you know of suspected violations of laws or CHRISTUS Health policies, guidelines or procedures, you are encouraged to call the confidential CHRISTUS Integrity Line at 1-888-728-8383.
The CHRISTUS Integrity Line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - excluding holidays. Caller confidentiality will be protected to the extent allowed by law. Retribution or retaliation for reporting concerns in good faith will not be tolerated
