The CHRISTUS Good Shepherd COVID-19 Vaccine Hub is expanding access and now offering vaccine appointments at multiple CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic locations across the region. The vaccine will remain free of charge, and the scheduling process will remain the same – simply visit vaccinate.christushealth.org to make an appointment.

The Dragons Invade Lake Charles This Fall

CHRISTUS Ochsner Health Southwestern Louisiana Foundation is excited to officially announce the Dragon Boat Race will once again take over the city Lakefront this Fall. The 2020 Dragon Boat Race was cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions. The Dragons will now invade Lake Charles on Saturday, October 30th.

CHRISTUS Spohn – Shoreline was awarded Chest Pain Center Accreditation with Primary PCI based on rigorous onsite evaluation of the staff’s ability to evaluate, diagnose and treat patients who may be experiencing a heart attack.

Regional Emergency Health Care Leaders Visit Newly Accredited Resuscitation Center at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital – New Braunfels

Key members of the Southwest Texas Regional Advisory Council (STRAC) recently toured the newly accredited Resuscitation Center at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital- New Braunfels. This past fall, The American College of Cardiology (ACC) awarded the hospital with accreditation as a Resuscitation Center based on rigorous onsite evaluation of the staff’s ability to evaluate, diagnose and treat patients who may be experiencing a heart attack.
