Dr. Watts received his undergraduate degree at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma, and his medical doctorate from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. He also completed a general surgery internship at Queen’s Medical Center at the University of Hawaii in Honolulu, Hawaii and a radiation oncology residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
Dr. Watts has extensive experience treating those with solid and blood-borne malignancies such as lung, liver, adrenal prostate, cervical/vaginal cuff, brain, bone, head and neck cancers using a wide array of treatment technologies including Stereotactic Radiosurgery, SBRT, CyberKnife, Gamma Knife, True Beam and Tomotherapy.
Dr. Watts is skillful in his Treatment of Brachytherapy for prostate, and gynecologic cancers, as well as esophagus, lung, head and neck. Dr.Watts is also proficient in the implantation of US-guided prostate fiducial markers.
When it comes to treating his patients, Dr. Watts considers himself a physician who treats more than just cancer, he strives to better the lives of each individual he has the opportunity to meet. As a lover of science, Dr. Watts prides himself on keeping up to date with the most current treatment methods.
