Inpatient Rehab

From admission to discharge, Good Shepherd’s rehabilitation patients demonstrate a greater return of function (dressing, bathing, walking) when compared to the national average for rehabilitation units. Our team works with each patient one-on-one, according to the individual’s unique needs, to produce this quality result.

Our inpatient rehabilitation program includes:

Rehabilitation medicine
Rehabilitation nursing
Physical therapy
Occupational therapy
Speech-language therapy
Dietary services
Social services
Respiratory care

Since the rehabilitation program is located within Good Shepherd Medical Centers, patients have 24-hour access to nursing and physician care, emergency rapid response care, respiratory support, imaging, laboratory, telemetry, dialysis, pharmacy and nutrition. They also have the benefit of being treated at the area’s preferred hospital which includes an accredited heart failure and chest pain center and a primary stroke center.
