Medical Records

Now you can access your CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Medical Center and CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic medical records from any computer or smart device, anytime. You can also download your records, share your records, view test results, make an appointment with your physician and more!

You may access your medical records using the online patient portal, submitting the electronic request form or stopping by in-person. Please see below for details on each option.

Option 1) Visit our online Patient Portal at christushealth.org/patient-resources/patient-portals

  • Visit our patient Portal and scroll down to “Longview, Texas and Surrounding Areas.”
  • Follow the links to access your hospital and/or physician’s office medical records. Please note you will need an access code to sign up for both portals.

Option 2) Electronic Request Form

Our electronic request tool utilizes bank-grade security and identity validation technology to provide simple, no-login access to make requests and receive status notifications. To access the Patient Portal for both the hospital and CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic, visit christushealth.org/patient-resources/patient-portals.

Option 3) In-Person Request

You may request Longview or Marshall hospital records by visiting the Medical Records Quick-Service Desk in the first floor lobby of CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Medical Center – Longview, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Quick-Service is located directly across from the volunteers. Please be prepared to provide a current driver’s license or other current, original government-issued identification with photo.

Want to View Multiple Electronic Health Records in One App?

You may access your electronic health information through an app of your choice, as long as it meets certain standards and requirements. Please note, you will need to first sign up for the patient portal(s) that you will be accessing through the app.
