In effort to adhere to social distancing guidelines recommended by the Centers for Disease control, we are currently restricting visitors and ask that you access your medical records through the patient portal by calling 903-315-1923 (option 1) or by electronic request (option 2).
Now you can access your CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Medical Center and CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic medical records from any computer or smart device, anytime. You can also download your records, share your records, view test results, make an appointment with your physician and more!
You may access your medical records using the online patient portal, submitting the electronic request form or stopping by in-person. Please see below for details on each option.

You may request Longview or Marshall hospital records by visiting the Medical Records Quick-Service Desk in the first floor lobby of CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Medical Center – Longview, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Quick-Service is located directly across from the volunteers. Please be prepared to provide a current driver’s license or other current, original government-issued identification with photo.
Want to View Multiple Electronic Health Records in One App?
You may access your electronic health information through an app of your choice, as long as it meets certain standards and requirements. Please note, you will need to first sign up for the patient portal(s) that you will be accessing through the app.
