We require cancellations at least 24-hours in advance of scheduled appointment. Patients who are more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment rescheduled for another date and time. We have an answering service for after-hours calls. All messages are returned within 24 hours.

Cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Co – Pays are due at the time of service.
