CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital – Alamo Heights Receives 2017 Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Award for Patient Experience

CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital – Alamo Heights (CSRH-AH) is pleased to announce it has been named a 2017 Guardian of Excellence Award® winner by Press Ganey. The Guardian of Excellence Award recognizes top-performing health care organizations that have consistently achieved the 95th percentile or above of performance in Patient Experience.
The Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Award is a nationally-recognized symbol of achievement in healthcare. Presented annually, the award honors clients who consistently sustained performance in the top five percent of all Press Ganey clients for each reporting period during the course of one year.
CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital – Alamo Heights has an ongoing, dedicated focus around the patient experience. “It’s an incredible honor to be recognized for the third year in a row by Press Ganey for Patient Experience,” said Julie Seale, Administrator, CSRH –AH. The patient care experience is a team effort; it’s communication at every level. Our patients even hear from us after discharge in the form of a thank-you note and a phone call.”
