CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital – Alamo Heights welcomes new Hospital administrator
April 15, 2016
CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Health System is pleased to welcome Julie Seale as the administrator of its short stay surgical Hospital in Alamo Heights.
Seale brings a wealth of skills in Hospital administration, business development, and physician relations. She was most recently the CEO of Forest Park Hospital and has experience in Catholic health care systems, too.
“I am excited to join the CHRISTUS Santa Rosa team,” Seale said. “I look forward to maintaining the type of environment at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital – Alamo Heights (CSRH – AH) that attracts a talented group of physicians, nurses, and caregivers who directly impact the lives of the patients we are privileged to serve.”
Seale began her career in accounting, but it was the experience of caring for her two, terminally ill parents which provided the momentum that altered her path into health care.
“The perspective I gained from that situation is what drives me to ensure our patients and families receive not only top-level, quality care, but are treated with compassion in what is often the hardest days for a family.”
The new Administrator for CSRH – AH has not only worked as a leader in hospitals for more than 25 years, but also in pediatric clinics and as a business manager at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Seale holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is married with two daughters, ages 24 and 17.
“Julie will be a valuable asset in expanding our partnership with physicians at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital – Alamo Heights,” said Chris Bowe, FACHE, President, CSRH – AH. “I look forward to working with her as we further our mission of extending the healing ministry of Jesus Christ.”
