Received medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. Completed general pediatric residency and adolescent medicine fellowship at William Beaumont Army Medical Center. Also completed obesity medicine fellowship with the American Society of Bariatric Physicians. Dr. Cuda is certified in general pediatrics, adolescent medicine, and obesity medicine and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Arisa is a registered dietitian for the health and weight management clinic. She earned her Masters degree in Food and Nutrient Metabolism from Texas State University-San Marcos. After completing her Dietetic Internship from Texas State University, she gained extensive experience in working with families and individuals to improve their health through dietary and lifestyle changes. Professional interest include helping children and adolescents achieve their health goals by providing nutrition education and counseling, motivational interviewing, meal planning, and promoting health and physical activity in the community.

Athena Farias is the Exercise Physiologist for the Health and Weight Management clinic. She earned her Master’s in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from the University of California of Pennsylvania. She has 14 years of experience working with families, children and adults to improve their health by guiding them to incorporate physical activity into their daily lives. She feels that each one of us can achieve our health goals as long as we have the right guidance by setting realistic and achievable goals.
