CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital – Medical Center welcomes new Associate Chief Medical Officer

CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital – Medical Center (CSRH – MC) is pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Ian Thompson, III as its Associate Chief Medical Officer.
Dr. Thompson comes from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Department of Urology, where he has had a distinguished young career in both clinical care and research. Dr. Thompson has also demonstrated his medical staff leadership by chairing the Utilization Review Committee at Medical Center and will be expanding that leadership responsibility in his new role.
“I will make sure we continue to deliver good, compassionate, quality care at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital – Medical Center,” said Dr. Thompson. “I will be working with our Associates, nurses, and physicians in the operating rooms and on the floors throughout the Hospital to help identify ways we can seek to better serve our patients.”
