The front parking lot of CHRISTUS St. Elizabeth Hospital is located off of Calder in front of the hospital.

Calder Garage

The Calder Garage is located on Calder and 14th Street.

Harrison Garage

The Harrison Garage is located adjacent to the Outpatient Pavilion on Harrison.

North Garage

The North Garage is behind the hospital on North Street.

Valet Parking

Free valet parking is available Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm at both the main hospital located at 2830 Calder and our Outpatient Pavilion located on the corner of Harrison and 11th Street.

Handicap Accessible Parking

We are a fully accessible facility. Numerous parking spaces reserved for the handicapped are located on every level in the Calder and Harrison garages as well as in the parking lot in front of the hospital.

As a courtesy to our visitors, the Safety and Security Department will escort you to you to your vehicle or help with any vehicle problem 24 hours a day. Call ext. 4890 for help.

For the benefit of all our patients, we ask that visitors please:

• Limit visits to 15 minutes, with no more than two visitors at a time in the patient’s room
• Have no visible signs of infection (such as cold, cough, fever, fever blisters, skin rash or impetigo)
• Do not sit on the patient’s bed
• Speak softly and avoid noise
• Do not give food or refreshments to the patient without permission from the physician or nurse
• Observe smoking rules posted in the hospital. We are a tobacco free facility for the health and safety of our patients, visitors and staff
• Do not use cellphones in Critical Care areas

Patients can be dropped off at designated entrances. Patients will give contact information to hospital team of a support person to contact with patient status or that the patient is ready for discharge.

The health and safety of our patients, visitors, Associates and our communities remain of utmost importance. Beginning Monday, April 6, patients and visitors will be required to bring their own mask to wear while in our hospitals or outpatient clinics. You can learn more about how to make your own cloth masks by visiting the CDC website. Our health professionals providing care for presumed COVID-19 or known COVID-19 patients are expected to wear N95 respirator masks. Hospitalized patients do not have to wear a mask while in their rooms.

The cafeteria is located on the first floor of CHRISTUS St. Elizabeth Hospital. A variety of beverages, grab-and-go items, prepared salads, sandwiches and desserts are available until 8:00 p.m. daily. Hot meals are served in the cafeteria as follows: 

• Breakfast: 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
• Lunch: 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• Dinner: 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The Grill

The Grill, located in the cafeteria, serves breakfast foods from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. From 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., the Grill serves burgers, sandwiches and other made-to-order items. 

Patient Meals

Your physician prescribes your diet, and it’s an important part of your medical care. Dietitians in our Nutrition and Food Services department will arrange your menu to meet your physician’s orders. Pre-selected menus will be delivered to you within 24 hours of your admission by a volunteer or hospital staff, who also will obtain your beverage and food preferences. An alternate menu is provided to accommodate food preferences with diet allowances.

If you have any questions or problems related to your meals, please contact the Diet O9ce at ext. 4713 between 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Ask your nurse for the times that you can expect your meals.

Our Spiritual Care Team is committed to offering spiritual care to patients, families, friends, staff and the community. This is true especially during times of illness and hospitalization. Our Chaplains are professionally board certified and clinically trained to provide ecumenical support to everyone.

We believe acknowledging the human spiritual nature of our patients is a vital component of our healing ministry. A "holistic" view of patient care attends to the body, mind, and spirit. We respect the patient's viewpoint and are sensitive to the unique spiritual needs of each person we serve. The Spiritual Care Team leads the effort to assure this aspect of care is honored. We serve all patients and families regardless of faith or affiliation. Our staff and Chaplains are always ready to offer support to the spiritual well-being of our patients and their friends and family.

Our ministry includes, but is not limited to:

• Spiritual and emotional support
• Prayer
• Grief and loss counseling
• End of life issues
• Information about Advance Directives
• Help in dealing with worries, fears, questions, or pain
• Help with ethical concerns, values, and decisions
• Support during times of crisis or emergency situations

• Providing Sacraments or religious services as appropriate
• Pastoral counseling
• Worship services

Chapel and Mass Times

Chapels are open to patients, families and visitors during daytime hours.

Celebration of Mass

St. Elizabeth Chapel: Monday through Friday at 11:30 am and on Sunday at 8:30 am.

The Mass can also be viewed from our closed circuit TV station in patients' room on Channel 13.

After regular visiting hours, visitors must sign in and obtain a pass from the hospital’s Safety and Security Department located on the ground floor near the west entrance.

Marketplace Coffee and Gift Shop

The Marketplace Coffee and Gift Shop is located in the CHRISTUS St. Elizabeth main lobby on the first level. Coffee, snacks, gift items, cards, stationery, flowers and toiletries are available. The Marketplace Coffee and Gift Shop is open Monday - Friday 7:30 am – 7:30 pm and Saturday - Sunday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

You may have  your purchases delivered to your room by calling the Marketplace at ext. 7195, the Boutique at ext. 7111, the OPP at ext. 7110. 

All major credit cards are accepted. Checks are not accepted.

The Boutique

The Boutique is a specialty shop located just off the the CHRISTUS St. Elizabeth main floor on the first level. The Boutique is open Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am – 5:00 pm. The Boutique is closed on Sunday.

The Cafe

The Cafe is located in the CHRISTUS St. Elizabeth Outpatient Pavilion Lobby. The hours for Yhe Cafe are Monday-Thursday 7:00 am – 4:00 pm and Friday 7:00 am – 2:00 pm. The Cafe is closed on weekends.

That's why we have made all CHRISTUS Southeast Texas Health System locations - inside and outside -tobacco-free. This decision was not made lightly. We understand that nicotine is addictive, and regret the inconvenience to tobacco users. Knowing the dangers that tobacco poses, however, we believe that smoking areas are simply not consistent with our mission: "Extending the Healing Ministry of Jesus Christ".

CHRISTUS Jasper Memorial Hospital has a special Outpatient Pharmacy for its hospital & clinic patients.

If you are a patient at our Emergency Room or one of our two clinics (Jasper & Kirbyville) you will save on both waiting time and money over retail through our special 340B program.

We accept most insurances (deductibles cannot be discounted) and are open 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday and closed during lunch from  2:00-3:00 pm 

Having a new baby is undoubtedly a joyous event for each member of your family. Big brothers and sisters may be excited or anxious to meet their new sibling. We want them to share in this exciting experience, while also ensuring you and your new baby's wellness remains a priority.

For this reason, we have some friendly guidelines for you to follow:

1. Sibling presence will be at the provider’s discretion. If your infant is not critically ill upon admission, siblings may be invited to the bedside on day of birth. We ask that additional times be discussed and set up with infant’s care team.
2. Only siblings will be invited in. No other children (cousins, neighbors, etc) are allowed for the protection of the infant’s.
3. Sibling over the age of 3 will be invited in for 10-15 minutes at a time so siblings will have a good experience at the bedside.
4. You may be unaware that exposure to certain illnesses pose a threat to the health and safety of your infant. Therefore, parents will be asked to provide the sibling’s immunization record and complete a SIBLING SCREENING FORM before admittance to the unit. If sibling is entering upon admission, parents will attest that sibling is current on vaccinations, and be prepared to produce record on subsequent visits.
5. Siblings younger than 14 must be supervised AT ALL TIMES by parent or designated adult family member. 
6. For the safety of the visiting siblings, a request is made that siblings not play on the floor or walk around the nursery when parents are spending time with the infant.
7. Sibling presence may be limited during cold/flu/RSV season
8. Sibling presence may also be limited based on unit activity and the attention/behavior of the child.
9. All family/friends/siblings will be screened for illness prior to admittance into unit.
