Asking a billing question

If you have a Question about how you're insurance company will process charges for a service or procedure, please contact your insurance company or review your benefits handbook. For questions about CHRISTUS Spohn billing, requesting an Itemize bill, or need the balance of your account, call the Patient Financial Services Department (Business Office) at 1-800-801-4875. You may also reach us by email at christus.pfs.customerservice@christushealth.org.

Please email your account #, patient name and a Phone number with the time you can be reached if we see it necessary to contact you. All emails are important to us so please allow 72 hours from the next Business day for a response
