CHRISTUS Spohn Beeville Leaders Serving Skidmore Students at Santa Breakfast
December 7, 2018
This Christmas season, CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Beeville leaders shared the holiday spirit with local high school students in Skidmore.
It was all part of the annual “Santa Breakfast” fund raiser, which helps sponsor the Skidmore Tynan School Band and spreads a little extra Christmas cheer in the community.
“We’re here to help make the holidays a little brighter for these students and help out any way we can for a great cause,” said Genifer Rucker, President of CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Beeville.
CHRISTUS Spohn leaders volunteered to serve the students breakfast and help kids visit with Santa Claus, who made a special appearance all the way from the North Pole.
This year’s event was a great success and will help the Skidmore Tynan High School band have a brighter 2019, thanks to the generosity of the community.
Thank you to our CHRISTUS Spohn Associates who took time out of their weekend to spend time with local students for the holidays.
