CHRISTUS Spohn Health System has been exploring new directions in health care in South Texas since 1905. Today we are the premier provider of health services to South Texans with a network of family health centers including six acute care hospital campuses. In Corpus Christi, we have three main campuses and we also have three rural hospitals in Alice, Beeville and Kingsville. The PGY1 Pharmacy Program Residents work in the three Corpus Christi facilities.

is located on the Corpus Christi Bay and is the largest and foremost acute care medical center in the region. The 557-bed facility is the flagship facility of the Health System and includes the CHRISTUS Spohn Heart Institute and the Critical Care Center, which features state-of-the-art emergency department and critical care units. CHRISTUS Spohn Shoreline has been recognized as one of the top 100 cardiovascular hospitals in the United States. In addition, the CHRISTUS Spohn Cancer Center is within walking distance of CHRISTUS Spohn Shoreline and offers an array of outpatient cancer services.
CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Corpus Christi - Memorial
is centrally located in the Corpus Christi Bay area is is the second largest facility in the Health System. It is also Corpus Christi's major teaching hospital with both Family Practice and Emergency Medicine residency programs. The facility offers psychiatric services and emergency medicine. It also houses our Dr. Hector P. Garcia Memorial Family Health Center.
CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Corpus Christi - South
is minutes away from Padre Island and is a modern 151-bed facility. CHRISTUS Spohn South offers a full range of medical and surgical services including pediatrics, obstetrics, skilled nursing, emergency, intensive care as well as advanced diagnostic and imaging. The facility is also home to a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
