Hope Wade named Chief Financial Officer for CHRISTUS St Vincent

Wade has more than 23 years of healthcare management experience in various leadership roles, including CFO, Financial Planning, Decision Support and Controller. Her expertise includes a focus on strategic operations as well as annual budgeting and capital planning processes.
Most recently, Wade served as CFO for Lovelace Medical Group and, prior to that, as Interim CFO with Northern Arizona Healthcare. Over an 11-year period at Northern Arizona Healthcare, was involved in many strategic initiatives throughout a period of realignment and systemization.
Hope began her career as an auditor with Arthur Anderson in Oklahoma City where she focused on clients in the healthcare and oil and gas industries. She then became a financial analyst at St. Anthony Hospital where she gained her knowledge of hospital operations, including several clinics and a retail pharmacy. Hope has a background in managing Medicaid and Medicare plans in addition to financial forecasting and accounting processes.
Wade spent seven years as Controller for Comanche County Memorial Hospital in Lawton, Oklahoma. In this role, she implemented various cost accounting and budgeting software systems and worked on special projects throughout the hospital, and its 20 primary/specialty care clinics, home health and managed care networks.
Wade earned a B.S. in Accounting with a minor in Finance from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and received her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
