Jeffrey M. Lamie will be the new President and CEO of the St. Vincent Hospital Foundation effective mid-September August 03, 2016

Philip A. Vasta, Chair of the Board of Directors of St. Vincent Hospital Foundation has announced that Jeffrey M. Lamie will be the new President and CEO of the foundation effective mid-September. “We are very pleased that Mr. Lamie has accepted this position,” said Mr. Vasta. “He brings a wealth of experience in fundraising for health care institutions and possesses a high level of energy that will enable us to build on our earlier successes.”

Mr. Lamie is an experienced fundraiser for health systems that include the School of Medicine for the University of Louisville, the Children’s Hospital of the University of Virginia, and most recently, the foundation for Saint Clare’s Health System in Denville, New Jersey. Mr. Lamie will continue to build upon the significant work of recently retired St. Vincent Hospital Foundation CEO Robert Glick.

“I am very excited about my new responsibilities as CEO,” Mr. Lamie said. “CHRISTUS St. Vincent is the most critically important health provider in northern New Mexico, and I am eager to dedicate my experience to its financial health. As the newly elected St. Vincent Hospital Foundation Board Chair, Philip A. Vasta will also serve on the CHRISTUS St. Vincent Hospital Board of Directors.
