With twenty-three years of extensive healthcare management experience in various leadership roles of responsibility -- including CFO, Financial Planning, Decision Support and Controller – Hope has focused on strategic operations as well as annual budget and capital planning processes.

Hope began her career as an auditor with Arthur Anderson in Oklahoma City where she focused on clients in healthcare and the oil and gas industry.  From there, she became a financial analyst at St. Anthony Hospital where she gained her knowledge of hospital operations, including several clinics and a retail pharmacy.  Hope has an outstanding background in managing Medicaid and Medicare plans in addition to financial forecasting and accounting processes.  She spent over seven years as Controller for Comanche County Memorial Hospital in Lawton, Oklahoma where, among her many accomplishments, Hope implemented various cost accounting and budget software systems and worked on special projects throughout the hospital, 20 primary/specialty care clinics, home health and managed care networks.  Most recently, Hope served as the Interim CFO with Northern Arizona Healthcare where she devoted eleven years in various leadership roles and was directly involved in strategic initiatives throughout a transition period of realignment and systemization.  Since a family move brought her to Albuquerque in spring of 2016, she has served as the CFO for Lovelace Medical Group.

A graduate of Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a BS in Accounting and a Minor in Finance, she is a Certified Public Accountant and received her Masters’ Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.  Hope holds memberships with the Health Care Financial Management Association, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants.
