Board certified critical care and pulmonary medicine physician, researcher and academic administrator Dr. Ali Imran Saeed is a graduate of King Edward Medical University in Lahore, Pakistan. His specialty training includes fellowships with the Mayo Clinic, the University of New Mexico, the University of South Carolina and Mount Sinai School of Medicine. He is a fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians.
Dr. Saeed is an associate professor with the University of New Mexico Health and Science Center’s Department of Internal Medicine, Pulmonary/Critical Care/Sleep Medicine division and Medical Director of the Interventional Pulmonology and Advanced Diagnostics program. Since 2011, he has served as an adjunct associate scientist with Lovelace Respiratory Research Institute in Albuquerque.
