Telephone Visit Instructions
Telephone Visit via the MyChart Website
Log in to MyChart online to schedule and complete the eCheck-in process.
1. Click the “Schedule an Appointment” button on the home page or select “Appointments and Visits” from the dropdown menu under “Visits”
2. Select Telephone Visit
3. Select your primary care provider
4. Choose the date and time you prefer
5. Verify “This information is correct” or “Edit” as needed
6. Provide the reason(s) for the visit and tap “Schedule”
7. Confirm appointment, complete the eCheck-in and prepayment process (must complete prior to call)

Log in to MyChart via the app to schedule and complete the eCheck-in process.
1. Tap Appointments
2. Tap “Schedule an Appointment”
3. Tap “Tell us why you’re coming in”
4. Tap Telephone Visit
5. Verify “This information is correct” or “Edit” as needed
6. Provide the reason(s) for the visit and tap “Schedule”
7. Complete the eCheck-in and prepayment process (must complete prior to call)
