CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic Expands Wound Care Access with Specialist in Jacksonville June 06, 2019

Jacksonville, Texas – Every year, chronic, non-healing wounds caused by diabetes, infection, poor circulation or other health conditions affect the lives of 3-5 million Americans. CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic is fighting this by making its award-winning care available to more people with the addition of Melissa Springmeyer, M.D. in Jacksonville.

She graduated with honors from Southern Methodist University before attending Texas Tech for medical school and completing her residency at Baylor Family Medicine in Garland. She is board-certified in Family Medicine, Hyperbaric Medicine and Problem Wound Management, and is a member of the Association for the Advancement of Wound Care, the American and Texas Medical Associations, the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Smith County Medical Society.
