Jake has been a personal trainer and fitness class instructor for 3 years and has worked with clients from all walks of life. His goal as a personal trainer is to teach you everything you need to know in order to create, follow, and progress your own exercise routines and live a healthier lifestyle. Jake will teach you how to perform fundamental exercises, set goals and reach them. You will learn the importance of a proper nutrition, and ultimately how get in better shape.
Jake is currently a master’s student at UT Tyler pursuing a degree in kinesiology. He is also a competitive bodybuilder in the classic physique division and enjoys practicing what he preaches. Jake has lived in Tyler for most his life and feels he understands the needs of the community. His hope is to make a positive impact on the well-being of people in this community.
