At the Center for Maternal and Fetal Care, our team of dedicated specialists delivers peace of mind to women and their families through coordinated, comprehensive and compassionate care. Our services include management of maternal and fetal concerns, with the goal of optimizing health outcomes for mom and baby. We also provide preconception care for women desiring pregnancy.

Fetal Care Center – Outpatient and inpatient coordination of multidisciplinary care for pregnant women who anticipate a delivery requiring a level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
Maternal Care Center – Outpatient and inpatient coordination of multidisciplinary care for pregnant women who have very high risk medical or obstetric conditions, and have the potential to need critical care services during their pregnancy or delivery
OB Hospitalist Service – 24-hour staffing of Labor & Delivery department by board-certified OBGYN specialists trained to care for high risk pregnancy
Transport Service – 24-hour availability to receive maternal transports from across Texas
Prenatal Genetic Counseling Services – Comprehensive preconception and prenatal genetic counseling
Telemedicine – Providing high-risk consultation and comprehensive ultrasound visits through telemedicine to New Braunfels
We provide compassionate and patient-centered care and delivery to women when serious illness or increased pregnancy risk affect their pregnancy and/or their unborn children.
