Karen has a special interest in caring for elderly patients.
She is a certified family nurse practitioner experienced in managing chronic and acute care, especially in the geriatric population, including diabetes, wound care and other chronic conditions, and routinely provides services to her patients who are physically challenged in getting to the clinic.
Karen received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston with a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi.
