Respect for all I encountered on my appointment
I ask for a specific test and she cut me off saying the insurance company will not pay for that test. I called the insurance company and the the test is 100% covered no out of pocket cost and I called the office almost a week ago and have yet to get a response. I've explained I'm not a sickly woman and I'm very much holistically inclined and it doesn't go over very well I assume with your office and doctors. So disrespectful not to call me back for this test.

For over a year I've ask her about my condition,& weight loss she acts like she does not hear and just tells me to drink more water. When questioned about medication or other treatments she acts aggrevated and moves on.Any time between office scheduled visits I've needed to come in early for attention I'm refused and told to go to trauma center or hospital.
I think Dr. Patel is an excellent doctor, and I appreciate her caring and kind treatment.

My PCP visit was good but she sent me to get my labs done and the staff was rude. I explained I have a severe fear of needles and they were rough when grabbing my arms to draw blood. Did not seem empathetic at all.

I had no other problems besides being Miss diagnosed a urine sample was given in the office and I was told that I had an infection a bladder infection and so they send me to the lab to do my lab work and my lab work came out that I never had a bladder infection but I was on but I was on a antibiotics for 5 days already
It’s very hard these days to find Doctors with bedside manners and intelligence in their field.
