Meet Lorelei Gonzalez, MD
Dr. Lorelei Gonzalez is a Texas native. She was born in Houston and has lived in Dallas, College Station, and now calls San Antonio home. Dr. Gonzalez is a graduate of the the University of Texas (UT) School of Medicine at the UT Health Science Center at San Antonio. She completed general pediatrics residency training with the UTHSCSA Department of Pediatrics. Dr. Gonzalez is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Gonzalez's practice style is characterized by compassion and application of evidence-based methods. She has practiced in San Antonio for more than 5 years and enjoys reading, cooking, baking, and participating in her children's school and sports activities. She is a proud Texas A&M former student and a loyal Fightin' Texas Aggie football fan.

Dr Gonzales is AMAZING

Phenomenal service .
Like I mentioned before the Doctor and nurses have been great. One incident that we did have was when we had a scheduled appointment for our kid. When we called to have it scheduled we even got confirmation from the front desk that it was set. The day that we went to the appointment the front desk had told us that the doctor is not in on that day and that it was not in the system. We had a bad experience because we had made this appointment because both my wife and I work and we had to take some time off for the afternoon in order to get our kid looked at. All this just to get turned around and rescheduled. We understand that mistakes happen but nobody took ownership of what happened not even an apology. This needs to be enforced to those working the front desk because they are the first people that the patients and parents see. If that’s a bad experience then they will expect the worst to come and maybe even want to go elsewhere. A little integrity and ownership should be enforced to those working the front desk.
