He received his medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biological Sciences and completed his residency in otolaryngology and facial plastic surgery at the Ohio University Medical Training Site at Affinity Medical Center in Massillon, Ohio.

Dr. Blair loves living in Central Texas along with his wife and three children. He is particularly happy to be back in the south after too many long and cold winters. In his spare time, he enjoys running, camping, all water sports, snowboarding, travel and music.
