Try not to act bored when you’re with me or any patient. I’m sure you are a good surgeon but you really need to work on your bedside manners.
He suggested that I get a pain device implanted and I told him that I tried that already and it didn’t work. My pain isn’t constant it’s mechanical ie when pressure is applied to my back it sets off an excruciating pain. I’ve been told that I have stenosis in my neck that would benefit from surgery and Andrade didn’t agree with that. I have plenty of symptoms weakness in my legs, numbness and tingling in my hands and feet and an increase in bladder issues
Had a great experience!
Strong skills
The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and anxious to help!
Keep up the good work
Everything was perfect
Discussed alternative to a complicated surgical procedure, I agreed.
My visit with Dr Andrade was to establish a new neurosurgeon for my issues and I am pleased with our first visit.
I did not feel he was willing to listen to my concerns and get into a serious conversation.
Was able to get all the information that I needed
Estoy muy contesto con sus servisios
Thank you for your service
Would highly recommend
I'm very pleased with the overall experience and courtesy
Not intimidating
I was not rushed during this visit, which by today's standard in medicine is rather rare.
I will always recommend Dr. Andrade
Excellent experience!
He disrespected me by continuing to tell me that I was obese, and would not listen to my voice.
Am anxious to see how the next step in treatment goes
Great service
Liked him very much.
