Staffing for rescheduling did not care about appointment times and was not respectful for my needs

I am content with my visit and learning more about my hand and the reason for the pain, along with rear end car accident. Also, pleased I don't need another visit from Taos to SF. I love the new smaller brace. Thank you Dr. Cook.

I waited a long time for this referral and the PA spent about 5 minutes with me. I do not think my issue was addressed and will seek alternative medicine. Extremely disappointing since this doctor (NOT the PA) came highly recommended.

It just took about five to ten minutes to figure out to see a specialist for more tests

No questions asked re PT/OT- which I gave up on after first getting wrong referral (therapy solutions does not do hands) and then not being able to get appt. quickly enough before I leave town
