A Houston native, Dr. Baker received her Bachelor of Science in biology, pre-medicine at Dillard University in New Orleans, LA; her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston; and completed her family practice residency at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Alexandria.
