Dr. Shelby is very great. Dr.Boyd’s front desk and appointment schedule setter are very blunt and rude. The appointment schedule setter is Not polite at all!

Luke previously stated I was denied the ability to ask questions my first visit and felt uncomfortable and scared to ask during my second visit (which were just two days apart)
My Doctor is very professional and lovely.

Like I said the provider was great. The nurse needs to go. She wasn’t professional at all. I know my daughter and she doesn’t keep anything from me. When I tried answering some of the questions she completely ignored me as I wasn’t in the room. I will not go back with my daughter if the nurse isn’t replaced.

If more time was spent with me mite have found what was wrong with me and could have treated me before I ended up in the hospital 3 days later in preterm labor
