The Provider was everything and more..We talk very highly of the hospital and the Doctors nurses and the Provider...If I ever need another hospital stay I will go here ..
I only saw Dr. Tate one time, but I could have seen him in the hospital. I know I saw Dr. Evans a few times. He is very great too. Thank you Dr Tate for being so kin and listening to me. That means alot.

Many people are disappointed to see a PA instead of the actual surgeon, but Tate provided me with all the info I needed and then some. He was so kind and totally committed to however much time I needed from him.
The normal operating time was supposed to be two hours and it was much longer due to percentage the artery was clogged.
I appreciated the doctor speaking to us also.
I don’t usually reply to these questionnaires but I felt I had to because of the exceptional quality of care.
I did not have to wait long to see the doctors. They explained everything to me in a way that I understood. I enjoyed my visit with PA Tate and Doctor Evans.
