Doctor Griffin has dramatically change my life for the positive! I have all the respect for her and her staff.

Mrs. Griffin is always attentive and listens to any issue. She is thorough in her exam and spends time looking for solutions and explaining results. She is was clear with instructions and directions for the treatment I needed to do at home to resolve my symptoms.

My appointment was for blood tests. The lab was very busy. I’m not sure if that’s rare or common because I’ve only had blood work twice in the last ten years. I waited a long time before it was my turn and when it was my turn I realized there was only one employee to input computer data, draw blood, give urine test directions and materials, receive urine cup AND take my payment. Considering there was a room full of patients waiting I imagine she didn’t get much chance to take a restroom break for herself. This was an area where there is likely room to improve if possible.

Super staff from the office to the examination room

I'm never rushed in my appointment. I never feel like she's ready to move on to the next patient. I feel that while she is with me I have her full attention.

I can be open and honest about my health and feel comfortable discussing my issues.

The gowns given to women for women’s exams should not be one size fits all. Not everyone is the same size and making us uncomfortable in an already uncomfortable situation does not feel good. The bed is pointed toward the door and a gown that doesn’t fit makes you flash everyone in the hallway.

She actually listens to & understands her patients and asks questions that enhance that understanding. I like how she explains different treatment options and lets me be a part of my treatment plan & decisions around it.

Thank you for your service during this pandemic I know it hard! Without your care some patients would not survive .

Tried to reach out to Mrs Griffen prior to this survey called and was on hold 20 minutes and remained caller # 12 in the cue the entire time . As I mentioned earlier my trust in this organization and their intentions had been breached and I no longer believe they have my health as their priority . I am actively looking for another health provider outside Christus’s realm on influence
