Dr.Topete thoroughly addresses any, and every one of my concerns by answering in detail his opinion either way, or by ordering tests needed to rule out issues. For two years seeing him now, I can say he is very patient, understanding, and gives intelligent explanations, and/or follow up instructions,care, etc. He ""earned"" this good rating from me, by his own actions. Dr. Topete is amazing. He's courteous, kind, and professional. He must see dozens of patients in a day, but will make you feel like you're the only one in the room. He is amazing with complex care Kids, and is constantly seeking to find the ""root cause "" for your concerns (not just slap a bandaid on things). You will NEVER feel like you are too much, or that your concerns are too great, when you see Dr. Topete.

Dr. Topete should give seminars and lectures to future doctors about what it means to truly care forntheir patients...how, in a busy world, where I am sure doctors see dozens of patients a day, you can dial in and make EACH patient feel like they are the only one on your mind. We weren't a checklist he went through, we were a mother and son he took joy in getting to know, whose concerns became his, and who left us feeling like we were SEEN. I think every Patient wants to go to the doctor and leave feeling SEEN, the way my son and I did...and it is completely understandable, with all the pressures of ""modern day"" doctoring, that incoming, new physicians just don't know how to best handle that. I've seen ALOT of doctors in my lifetime, and in my sons lifetime...I can count the ""good ones"" on one hand. Dr. Topete just made that list.
