The only thing I will say is that when you make an appointment time try to get us in on that time. Seems like I wait more than an hour to meet with the doctor.

I would suggest that she read a patient’s chart before entering the room if she is taking over a patient that has been with a doctor for five years. Listen more to the patient when they are trying to tell you why something works and stop being stuck in some bias.
