Anna Johnson, LCSW, is passionate about equipping individuals who struggle with anxiety with practical tools to manage symptoms and build confidence in daily life. She earned her undergraduate degree in psychology from MacMurray College and her master’s degree in social work from St. Louis University. She incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients understand patterns, reframe unhelpful thoughts and develop healthy coping strategies. As a mother of eight, she understands the unique challenges of motherhood and enjoys supporting other mothers as they navigate stress and feelings of being overwhelmed that can come with caring for a family. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and praying with her family. She is committed to providing compassionate and supportive care while creating a space where clients feel understood and empowered.
