CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic board-certified structural interventional cardiologist, Ayman Elbadawi, M.D. has joined our team of highly skilled cardiologists. With over 10 years of experience, Dr. Elbadawi specializes in interventional cardiology and structural heart disease. His areas of expertise include percutaneous coronary intervention, peripheral vascular intervention, transcatheter aortic valve replacement, MitraClip procedure, PFO closure, watchman device implantation, and other structural heart interventions. Dr. Elbadawi is committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to his patients.
Dr. Elbadawi earned his Bachelor of Science in Medicine and Surgery, his Master of Science in Cardiovascular Disease, and a Doctor of Medicine in Cardiovascular Disease from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt. He completed his interventional cardiology training at Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, TX, and his structural interventional cardiology training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Dallas, TX.
