I am assuming when you say provider you are referring to the doctor herself and not the office staff. Dr. Beatty is amazing. We love her and she always takes the time to listen. She even remembers to ask my daughter about her brother who is now an adult and no longer seeing Dr. Beatty. She remembers everything. We don't feel like a number with her.
