I kept going in because I had severe pain in my hip. She took an x-ray said there’s nothing wrong with your hip and she acted like she didn’t care so finally she said well. I’ll send you to a pain management doctor the first time the doctor even looked at me and had me walk And he examined me. he said it’s not your hip. It’s in your lower back. He did a CT scan and bone scan and I have a compression fracture in my back and I let her know about it and it was like oh OK I’d go in to get blood work done a week before my appointments and then go into the appointment and she would walk in and say what are you doing here I would say you told me to come in in three months and get blood work done and then I’d have to ask her well. What is the outcome of my blood work? She wouldn’t be in the room no more than 10 minutes so you know I’m done.
Dr. Waddell has great communication skills.

Do something about the wait time and things would be great. Love the staff and service provided but the wait time is awful! It causes me to be late to return to work and/or plans scheduled for after appointment.

Extremely rude to not listen to all of my concerns. I’ve never had a provider tell me they didn’t have time to hear all of my concerns and they only had a limited amount of time.

To quick to place me on medications. No actual plan to evaluate. One issue was not even addressed. Basic assessment was poor, from question to physical check.

After waiting at least an hour at this point she had no idea what I had and basically gave me steroids because I told her that’s what they did in the past she walked out never came back she also mentioned referring me to a dermatologist I never heard anything on that

I have a job and a family, and for a five minute appointment to have be at the drs office for two hours was not very respectful or courteous.
