Scheduling was easy and informative. The entire staff took the time to answer questions, record my goals, and explained to me what to expect during my visit. Dr. Smith exceeded my expectations. He was extremely thorough. He was funny, and was a pleasure to be around. He made me feel as though he had no other place to be or patients to see. He even addressed my overall health and not just my vision. I have already recommended him to my entire office. I have complete faith in his ability and I appreciate the way he cares.

I was the first appointment after lunch. Computers were not working. Staff was courteous and apologetic. However after meeting with the assistant I waited for another 20 minutes before the doctor came in. I did not expect a routine eye exam to take 2 hours.

The teamwork between Dr.Smith and his assistant Brianna (may be spelt Briana) was great this time! I struggle to keep my eyes open during the exam but she was holding up various fingers to get me to look at her so Dr.Smith cool look in/touch my eye with a pressure checker.

I would highly suggest that they need a mirror in the exam room that a short person could use. As well as a magnifying mirror for people to trying to see to get contacts on.
