Christine Gilliam, MD, is a board-certified Otolaryngologist-Head and Neck Surgeon, or ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat), at CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic in San Antonio, Texas. With over two decades of experience, she provides surgical and medical care for both children and adults. She helps patients with sinus infections, allergies, tonsil and adenoid problems, neck masses, recurrent ear infections, hoarseness, and nasal or throat issues caused by reflux. She also cares for more complex conditions such as thyroid and salivary masses, head and neck cancer, and vertigo.

Dr. Gilliam performs a wide range of surgeries and in office procedures including sinus surgery, deviated septum surgery, ear tubes, removal of tonsils and adenoids, thyroid removal, and allergy testing. She also offers minimally invasive treatments like balloon sinuplasty to provide lasting relief from chronic sinus issues.
