Great staff
excellent
Prior to surgery, it would have helped to have been given a hand-out on what to expect after surgery, to include both typical and non-typical responses. In my case, I obtained such information from the internet.
Wonderful
It was good.
Problem was addressed & plan to help was prescribed.
Her treatment plan has been spot on for me.
Since I have been having trouble swallowing, I thought Dr. would address the problem.
Dr. Gillian is very nice and easy to talk to. She made me feel comfortable with everything she said and did.
Great experience
Grateful for all the information & instructions I received to ensure a successful outcome.
All good.
Hang on to this physician! I love and trust her.
The entire staff was wonderful.
The overall experience was amazing start to finish
She listened to me and answered all my questions.
Thank you for all of your care you have given me over the years. You will always be my doctor I see.
First time patient seemed bit short and I was trying to talk about my situation while having things put in my nose etc
I would just reiterate that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Gilliam for a problem other than tinnitus. Thank you
I see great thing happening for you and your staff, I'm pretty hard to please sometimes, and I'm very pleased...Thank You Sincerely
I just felt like Dr G did not have time for me nor any interest in how my condition came about, what my experience was, and possible causes. I felt like she just handed me off to another specialist.
Dr Gilliam is straight forward. No wasted time. Obviously, an expert ENT dr
No root cause analysis. Doctor was dismissive and just gave me a prescription medication. I got more information from ChatGPT.
Everything has gone very well.
Dr. Christine Gilliam is a trip. Very pleasant to talk to and definitely made me feel at ease. My first time seeing her. And I’m glad I did. Thank you.
