Christine Gilliam, MD, is a board-certified otolaryngologist (ENT) at CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic in San Antonio, Texas. She brings nearly two decades of experience in ear, nose, and throat care, offering expert evaluation and treatment for both children and adults. She specializes in a full spectrum of ENT services, from managing chronic ear infections and sinus conditions to treating head and neck cancer.

With advance training in allergy testing and treatment, including SLIT (sublingual Immunotherapy), Dr. Gilliam takes a comprehensive approach to long-term allergy management. She also offers the latest in sinus relief, including minimally invasive, in-office balloon sinuplasty.
