Meet Chrystal Thompson, FNP

At CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic, board-certified family nurse practitioner, Chrys Thompson, is part of our highly-trained cancer care team in Alexandria, LA.

Chrys provides compassionate and comprehensive care for acutely ill patients to those suffering from chronic diseases. With more than 30 years of nursing experience, Chrys believes in providing holistic patient-centered care based on evidence-based practices while developing a culture that focuses on trust, respect, and dignity. Throughout her career, she has practiced in diverse oncology settings such as home infusion, oncology clinic infusion, and oncology nursing as well as administration.

Chrys received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She is board-certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
