David “Bart” Williams, CAA, earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, before pursuing advanced studies in biomedical science and medical science. He holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Science from the University of New Mexico and a Master of Medical Science from the University of Colorado.
