Elizabeth Gershberg, DO, joins the Mid-County community with a diverse background in family medicine and a dedicated focus on comprehensive patient care. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at St. Joseph's Hospital in Syracuse, New York. Her residency included extensive training in outpatient family medicine, inpatient medicine, and a strong emphasis on women's health.
Dr. Gershberg is passionate about providing care to patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatrics, and is particularly interested in women's health. A strong advocate for preventive care and overall wellness, she embraces an integrative approach to health care that balances the mind, body, and spirit. Dr. Gershberg values forming long-term relationships with her patients recognizing each individual’s unique needs and circumstances.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Gershberg enjoys traveling, practicing yoga, and spending quality time with family and friends.

She was very patent and took time to talk with you about any issues you had. I haven’t been to the doctor in probably 10 years and she made me feel comfortable like she cared and wasn’t in and out of the room she took her time to listen made you feel like she cared
Unfortunately, I have had a lot of physical problems and surgeries, so it took time to explain to the doctor all of my problems. During that time, she was very understanding. So, her office gets a 10 in my view.!
