Meet Fahad Hussain, DPM
Dr. Fahad Hussain is a fellowship-trained podiatrist who specializes in both conservative and surgical care of the foot and ankle at CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic in Corpus Christi, Texas. Born and raised in Houston, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston, majoring in biology with minors in chemistry and health.
He went on to receive his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Hussain then completed his surgical residency training at RWJBarnabas Health - Community Medical Center in Toms River, New Jersey, where he received extensive training in foot and ankle reconstruction, forefoot and rearfoot elective surgery, trauma management, revisional surgery and diabetic limb salvage.
Following residency, Dr. Hussain further advanced his expertise through the prestigious FFLC Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Surgery and Limb Salvage Surgical Fellowship in Naples, Florida. His additional training equips him to manage complex foot and ankle conditions using the latest techniques and technologies.
Dr. Hussain’s clinical interests include limb salvage, wound care, sports injuries and fracture management, bunion and hammertoe correction, foot and ankle reconstruction, arthritis management, diabetic foot care, nail and skin disorders, minimally invasive surgery, and preventive and general foot and ankle care.
Known for his patient-centered approach, Dr. Hussain is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each individual’s needs. He is also actively involved in research, continuing education, and professional organizations, staying at the forefront of advancements in podiatric medicine.
