Meet Garry Wright III, PhD

Dr. Garry Wright has a strong interest in helping families understand their child’s unique brain strengths and weaknesses in order to develop a tailored plan to assist each child in experiencing more success at home, at school and in community settings. He enjoys collaborating with teams of medical specialists and therapists to coordinate evidence-based care for families.

Dr. Wright’s professional interests include neurobehavioral outcomes of congenital cytomegalovirus (CMV), acquired brain injuries and non-injury related factors that contribute to persistent post-concussive symptoms, and pediatric performance validity testing. He is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) and has a strong interest in providing behavioral health services to youths with hearing differences, as well as their families. 

Dr. Wright enjoys eating at new restaurants, playing board games, being active, and listening to true crime podcasts. He and his partner reside in San Antonio with their cat, Frannie.
