Meet Gregory DeArmond, MD
Dr. Gregory DeArmond is a board-certified general surgeon and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, serving patients in New Braunfels, Texas, at CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic. With extensive experience in advanced surgical techniques, Dr. DeArmond specializes in robotic-assisted procedures, hernia repair, and reflux surgery, offering minimally invasive solutions that promote faster recovery and improved outcomes.
Dr. DeArmond earned his medical degree from the University of Texas School of Medicine at San Antonio and completed his general surgery residency at the University of Tennessee at Memphis. He has been in surgical practice since 2008, previously serving patients in Lufkin.
Throughout his career, Dr. DeArmond has been recognized for his clinical excellence and academic achievements, including induction into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society and receiving a scholarship from the American Association for the Surgery of Trauma. He has also contributed to surgical research and published in peer-reviewed journals.
