Hannah Jones is a compassionate and mission-driven nurse practitioner with five years of experience in diverse inpatient and outpatient care settings across Texas. She is part of our exemplary OBGYN team at CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic in Tyler.

Her clinical passions center around preventive care and promoting health across the lifespan for women of all ages. Hannah is deeply committed to patient education, empowering women to take control of their health—and by extension, their lives. She is excited to build long-lasting relationships with her patients and foster a space that is safe space, healing, and Christ-centered, reflecting her values and dedication to holistic care.

Hannah’s approach to patient care begins with establishing a positive patient-provider relationship that encourages open communication and collaboration. She believes that care planning is a mutual effort, requiring equal participation from both provider and patient to create individualized goals. With a strong belief that women are the forefront of healthcare, Hannah is passionate about working together to promote healthy living and prevent illness across all life stages.

Outside of her professional life, Hannah is East Texas born and raised. She loves traveling, running, golfing, and spending time with friends and family.
