At CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic in Kilgore, Heidi Leveritt, FNP, treats patients aged 2 years old and up.
Her journey into healthcare started at the University of Texas at Tyler in Tyler, TX, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Texas at Arlington in Arlington, TX. Her approach to patient care is holistic and rooted in considering her patients’ mind, body, soul and spirit to form a personalized care plan. She empowers patients to take the driver’s seat in their health. Heidi walks alongside her patients in their journey to reach their health goals. She graduated from high school in Kilgore and looks forward to serving her community as a nurse practitioner.
When she is not working, Heidi dedicates her time to connecting with Jesus and with others, such as her church family at New Covenant Church and her siblings and parents. She is an avid hiker and loves hiking with her dog, Levi.
