Dr. Imtiaz Ismail is a board-certified interventional cardiologist at CHRISTUS Heart & Vascular Institute located in Sulphur Springs. He provides personalized, evidence-based care for adults managing a broad range of cardiovascular concerns—from chest discomfort and shortness of breath to circulation issues, heart rhythm changes, and preventive risk management.
Dr. Ismail’s training includes a fellowship in interventional cardiology at the University of Louisville and a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at the Chicago Medical School, where he also completed his residency in internal medicine. He earned his medical degree from Madras Medical College – University of Madras in Chennai, India. He is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and interventional cardiology.
