He completed a pediatric residency at Tripler Army Medical Center and pediatric gastroenterology fellowship at Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences. Dr. Noel is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in general pediatrics and pediatric gastroenterology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
